How long is rental time?

 All of our rentals are for 6 hours.

What type of surfaces do you setup on?

 Although we prefer to setup on grass since that is the safest surface, we can set up on concrete, asphalt and smooth gravel as well, however we do need to know the surface type prior to the event date. We ask that the surface be mostly flat and firm.

How do you handle weather conditions?

If the weather is not cooperating on the day of your reservation we may cancel and will be happy to work with you to reschedule your reservation with no cost or penalty. In the event that the bounce house or water slide rental is already delivered, no rain checks or discounts of any kind will be given.

 

 

Do you require a deposit?

Yes we do require you to pay a small deposit in order to reserve the rental.

What if I need to cancel?

Should you need to cancel for any reason please notify us immediately. If the cancellation is made with 7+ days notice your deposit is fully refundable.

How long does setup usually take?
We will deliver and set up the unit at least 1 hour prior to the start of your rental period. At the time of setup we will review the rental agreement, and answer any questions regarding safety and proper use.

Do I need to provide anything for the bounce house or water slide rental?

We will provide the necessary equipment to setup the bounce houses (i.e. stakes, sandbags and extension cords).  If you rent one of our water slides or bounce house combo rentals you must provide a water hose long enough in length to reach the setup area of the inflatable, if you decide to have a wet party.We will not refund a water slide inflatable that does not have proper hose availability.

Are your bounce houses and water slides clean?

Our bounce houses and inflatables are clean and well maintained.  We always inspect every water slide and bounce house to ensure there aren't any tears on the them, or anything that may cause a unsafe situation. After inspecting all of the water slides we then wash them right away before being delivered  to our next event.
